Bad Static
Bad Static is a female-fronted band formed in 2021 based in Brooklyn. Bad Static is an ode to the Riot Grrrls of the '90s with it's sound and lyrics that explore controversial topics. They were Deli Magazine's Emerging Artist winner for the month of August 2021. Right now, they are working on a full length album called Cherry Cyanide and pushing for a late Fall 2021 release. Members include: Nicol Maciejewska as lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Kelsie Williams as back up vocals and bass, Mario DiSanto as lead guitarist, and Demetrio Abikkaram Ricardo as the drummer.
Fairy Fuzz
Fairy Fuzz is a psych-punk band based in Brooklyn. A joint collaboration between Mario DiSanto and Nicol Maciejewska that spawned off their main project, "Bad Static". Fairy Fuzz is meant to take a little bit of both members and combine the individual influences (the punk side from Nicol, and the Psych side from Mario) to create something truly unique.
